May 18-19, 9am-4:30pm: Wisconsin Geological Society Rock & Gem Show. Waukesha County Exposition Center

May 27, 10am-12pm, Memorial Day Commemoration, A River Service will take place at Veteran’s Park, 710 N. West Ave., Waukesha, at 10:00 a.m. followed by a program at 11:00 a.m. at Cutler Park.


June 15, 5:30-7:30pm: Father’s Day Dinner Train on the East Troy Railroad. Father’s Day Dinner Aboard the East Troy Railroad

June 21-22: 28th Annual Pewaukee Kiwanis Beach Party This family-friendly festival raises awareness of Lake Country’s waterways. Lakefront Park

June 22, 10am-4pm: Railfan Day on the East Troy Railroad. On Railfan/Railfest Day we take all of our equipment out of the barn and put it on display. You can ride a different rail car on each trip of the day. 


July 3, Independence Day Celebration: Neighborhood Beer Garden and Fireworks. Head to Lowell Park starting at 6 p.m. to enjoy the Neighborhood Beer Garden with beverages, food trucks, and a rockin’ performance by he Decade: An 80s Rock Experience! The Fireworks will begin at 9:30pm.

July 4, Independence Day Celebration: City of Waukesha Parade. The Independence Day parade will step off at 11am and head through Downtown Waukesha with the theme “Through the Decades!”.

July 17-21, Waukesha County Fair. Proud to be the oldest fair in Wisconsin celebrating 181 years and the largest event in Waukesha County featuring barnyard animals, crafts, food, farm displays, several stages of live entertainment and the midway.


August 3, 2-8pm, “Make It Take It” Waukesha Art Crawl. Dozens of artisans at 20 galleries and showplaces are featured at this seasonal event, walk the downtown streets to discover your next artistic treasure, shop the boutiques, listen to live music or indulge in food and drink.

August 9-10, 12:30-10pm: Waukesha Bluesfest. An American Music and Art Festival featuring 14 national, regional and local blues based acts over 2 days with an Art Show, food from local restaurants and a wide variety of beverages for all tastes.

August 11, 8:30am-3:30pm: Waukesha Old Car Club Show. Annual Waukesha Old Car Club Show in picturesque Frame Park near downtown Waukesha. Featuring Classic, Antique, Hot Rods, Stock, Muscle, Modified Cars Trucks & Motorcycles.
