Port Washington Marina The Art Deco lighthouse at the end of the pier was built in 1935 and is one of only two of this design. Just south of the marina enjoy Coal Dock Park with its 2000-ft. lakeside promenade. 1860 Lighthouse and Light Station Museum Located on top of the North bluff, offering a spectacular view of Lake Michigan shore and marina. Visitors can tour the restored lighthouse and  museum depicting the life of a lightkeeper’s family in the 19th century. Possibilities Playground Built to accommodate children with special needs and used by children of all abilities. Ice Cream Hop Find four premier ice cream stops. Try the handcrafted goodness and creative flavors of The Chocolate Chisel. Enjoy the unparalleled ambiance of Frankie’s with the vintage Airstream and string lights, or view the boats in the marina while enjoying a cone from Dockside Deli on the Harborwalk. New to the scene is Toucan Custard just outside of downtown, adding frozen custard to the mix.

June 1, 11am-5pm Port Festival of the Arts Celebrate summer – and the arts – as Historic Franklin St. is closed for a street festival featuring global dance and acrobatics, eclectic music, food and drink, art vendors, and interactive art projects for the whole family. 

June 20 Third Thursday Music at The Harbor Series Enjoy live music, local shops with later hours, sampling events, featured makers and artists, and more.

June 21-29 Paint On Port Week Four murals painted live over one week. Art-inspired food and drink specials and sidewalk sales throughout the week, capped off by a Street Party June 29 from 4-7pm with music, food trucks, and more.

July 13-July 18 Cruise on Lake Michigan Enjoy an afternoon on the water brought to you by Edelweiss Cruises and Visit Port Washington. This 90 minute cruise will take you through the harbor while enjoying the breathtaking sights of beautiful Port Washington. 

July 18, 3-7pm Third Thursday Music at The Harbor Series Enjoy live music, local shops with later hours, sampling events, featured makers and artists, and more.

July 18-20 Port Fish Days Take part in a decades-old Port Washington tradition. Music, food, drinks, family fun along the Lake Michigan shore, capped off by fireworks Saturday night.
