Lake Express Ferry Milwaukee

Want to enjoy the spectacular scenery of Lake Michigan while avoiding heavy traffic and relaxing in style? Consider taking a trip on the Lake Express Ferry from Milwaukee to Muskegon, Michigan. 

The 2024 season runs through October 20, with summer trips up to three times a day. 

The ferry travels 40 miles per hour, with each trip lasting two and a half hours. 

Travelers can bring their autos, motorcycles, or bicycles for an additional charge.

Ferry guests can choose from two seating options: the classic or premier cabin. Great for the business traveler, the premier cabin includes many amenities including steward service, complimentary wi-fi, table seating with electronic service for laptops, and complimentary nonalcoholic beverages. 

Visit the ferry’s galley for drinks and hot and cold food selections and enjoy the comfort of a climate-controlled cabin, or step onto the spacious deck to enjoy gorgeous lake views. A limited number of wheelchairs are available for passengers with special needs.
