Mexican Fiesta’s vibrant entertainment lineup includes:

Live music: Enjoy Mexican Fiesta’s dynamic entertainment lineup across multiple stages, including mariachi, banda, salsa, bachata, and more. Performers include Bronco, Mariachi Sol de México, Majo Aguilar, Banda Cuisillos, Christian Alicea, Macario Martínez, and more!

Contests: Watch a variety of lively contests, including Jalapeno Eating, Salsa/Bachata, and Traje Tipico. 

Dia de los Muertos Parade: Friday features the annual Catrinas Contest and Dia de los Muertos parade at 8pm. 

Fiesta Run & Walk:
At the South Pavilion, Summerfest Grounds. Includes a pre-race stretch (led by Buena Tierra Run Club) at 8:45 and post run activities at 10am. 

Procession and Mass:
The annual Mass, featuring Principal Celebrant Very Rev. Ricardo Martin, is held at 10:30am Sunday. Gate 10 will be open for Mass from 10-11:30am. At 12:30, a procession along the lakefront with Our Lady of Guadalupe will follow the Mass. The Our Lady of Guadalupe sanctuary will be open throughout the entire festival from noon-10pm daily.

 Culture

Xonita, the world’s largest teddy bear recognized by Guinness World Records, measuring an incredible 65.6 feet (20 meters) and handcrafted by artisans from Xonacatlán, México. 
The colorful Alebrijes Exhibit, featuring the mythical creatures Aura and Tlatoani, celebrating the imagination and artistry of Mexican folk traditions.

Attractions

Unique attractions this year include a Veterans Tribute & Exhibit, midway rides and a Family Fun Zone. 

Car and  Motorcycle Show

Check out restored vintage cars, hot rods, street machines, street rods and other custom vehicles from 1-6pm Saturday.

Treats to try at Mexican Fiesta

Quesabirria: Birria-style cooked beef folded into a tortilla with melted cheese and served with a side of broth for dipping. 
Michelada de tamarindo: Beer, chili powder, a sweet and spicy syrup and a straw coated in tamarind candy.
Papa rellena: The deep fried potato is stuffed with ground beef and cheese.
Chicharrones: These deep fried pork rinds are best served topped off with hot sauce and lime juice.
