Old-World Holiday Glamour at the Pabst Mansion

Built in the 1890s, the Pabst Mansion, the sprawling former home of beer baron Captain Frederick Pabst, is a historic Milwaukee landmark, offering its visitors old-world glamour and Gemütlichkeit (a German word meaning friendliness and good cheer).
Featuring eight specialized tours and a seasonal beer garden, a visit to the stunning mansion is a memorable and educational, excursion for Milwaukee-area residents and out-of-towners alike. Experience the mansion in all of its festive glory this holiday season, from its elegant décor to endearing old-world traditions.
“We’re really excited about this year being bigger and better than ever,” said Pabst Mansion Events Coordinator Jamie Eral. The Pabst holiday season kicks off with a ticketed preview party from 5:30-7:30pm Nov. 17. Guests can get a sneak peek of the decorated mansion, and meet the designers who dedicated their time and talent to adorn it.
