Mexican Fiesta

Celebrating 50 years of Tradition
A vibrant, three-day celebration of Mexican food, culture, and music, returns to Henry Maier Festival Park Aug. 25-27.

Musical Lineup
Mexican Fiesta’s dynamic live performers include Alex Fernandez Jr., Edwin Luna y La Trakalosa de Monterrey, Palomo, Aida Cuevas, Rey Ruiz, Marcos Orozco, and More.
Folkloric Dancers
Watch dazzling dancers clad in colorful regalia perform the folk dances of Mexico, such as the Jarabe Tapatio, La Bamba, and Dance of the Deer, in the Cultural Pavilion.
Car & Motorcycle Show
1-6pm Aug. 26. Check out spectacular custom-built vehicles including street rods and machines, pickups, and cool motorcycles.

Procession and Mass
The annual Mass, featuring principal celebrant Very Rev. Esequiel Sanchez, will be held from 10-11:30am Aug. 27 at the BMO Harris Pavilion. The sanctuary, which honors Our Lady of Guadelupe, is open from noon-10pm during the entire festival.
Cultural Pavilion
Watch folkloric dancers and craft demonstrations, enjoy music, and make your own Mexican and Latin-American-inspired work of art. Taste delicious pan de Feria, a traditional Mexican bread, and discover your roots at the genealogy exhibit.
Festival de los Muertos–Tradicion Viva
The annual Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) parade, 8pm Aug. 25, commemorates one of Mexico’s most well-known traditions. Visit the Cultural Pavilion’s exhibit to learn more.
Fiesta Walk

Cielo Tejido
Come and visit this unique piece of art directly from Etzatlán, Jalisco… Cielo Tejido – winner of a Guinness World Record!! Cielo Tejido will be on display during Mexican Fiesta.
