Kick off the new year with some high-flying fun at Veteran’s Park. The 35th Annual Cool Fool Kite Festival, presented by specialty store Gift Of Wings, features Jacob the Large Kite Guy displaying enormous kites like The Octopus, an ice carving show, and Treby, the Gift of Wings Trebuchet, which specializes in launching objects. Visitors can enjoy free hot chocolate, coffee and snacks, and take advantage of the Gift of Wings 30% Ceiling Sale on select kites.
