Domed Miller Park great place for spring baseball

THE MILWAUKEE BREWERS attract fans from throughout the Midwest who come to games not only for the action on the field, but also for tailgate parties and the enjoyable experience offered by Miller Park.

Located just west of downtown Milwaukee, Miller Park is recognized as one of the best stadiums in major league baseball. The retractable roof guarantees all games will be played, an important consideration in the spring.

Manager Ken Macha has a strengthened lineup of starting and relief pitchers this year, thanks to off-season trades. The offensive lineup is anchored by Prince Fielder and Ryan Braun, young hitters who have already risen to the top of major league baseball. May games include a three-game series against the Atlanta Braves, who – as the Milwaukee Braves – were the last Milwaukee team to win the World Series.

Tickets may be purchased online at www.brewers.com. Visitors driving to Miller Park may find the Canal Street entrance (west from 6th St. at the Harley-Davidson Museum) preferable to entrances off I-94.
